During my fulltime career of some Twenty Seven years I accomplished the following: * Collaborated in the restructuring of the Toyota Supervisory Management system * Designd and implemented the Skills and Education Assessment preogramme for the Toyota Multiskilling Programme * Managed the implementation of the Team Leader level Programme * Specified, sourced and installed the Team Leader and Supervisor Development programs *Specified and implemented the Adult Basic education programme for Team Leaders I have also lectured extensively at tertiary Institutions and the University of Durban Westville.
